Why this display fridge earns its place
The Roller Grill DT738 is a white flat-glass cake display fridge for the front of a counter. It presents chilled cakes, patisserie and desserts behind double-glazed flat glass, giving customers a clear straight-on view of the range. The five fixed shelves set the display levels across a 480-litre capacity, and the white stainless-steel cabinet suits a bright counter or produce area.
In use, it is a refrigerated display that holds product at serving temperature between 2°C and 10°C. White LED lighting runs the full height inside each corner, so the display is lit and visible without extra counter lighting. The flat glass keeps sightlines clean from across the counter, and the fixed-shelf layout gives consistent display tiers rather than reconfigurable ones, which keeps the presentation tidy through a busy service.
As a counter cabinet measuring 1850mm tall, 800mm wide and 650mm deep, it's designed to sit at the serve point where cakes and desserts are sold. It weighs 200kg and runs on 230V, consuming just 430W. The white stainless-steel finish wipes down as part of a normal cleaning routine. It carries a 2-year parts and labour warranty.
