The Roller Grill DT735 is a white flat-glass cake display fridge designed to sit on a counter and turn cakes, pastries and chilled desserts into a display. The flat double-glazed glass gives a clean, unobstructed view across five shelves holding 360 litres of display capacity. White LED lighting runs the full height inside each corner, so the range is lit and visible. The fixed shelving holds product at set heights for a tidy, repeatable layout — the format cafés, bakeries and delis use to sell sweet treats on impulse at the point of service.
As a refrigerated display cabinet it keeps chilled desserts and cream-based cakes cold (2°C–10°C) while they're on show, so counter stock stays safe to sell through the day rather than sitting out at room temperature. The glass display face keeps product visible to customers while enclosing it away from the warmth and traffic of the counter. At 1850mm tall and 800mm wide, it's a relatively compact counter cabinet — just 650mm deep, 150kg in weight, and running on a standard 230V socket.
