Why this curved glass cake display fridge earns its place
The EVO602 SS is a compact stainless-steel serveover display cabinet for merchandising cakes, pastries and chilled counter lines. It offers 0.77 m² of display across three glass shelves plus the base deck, giving a tiered view of product from the customer side. A stainless-steel exterior and interior suit a clean, professional front-of-house counter.
In use it holds a +1 to +10 °C display band, controlled electronically with automatic defrost, so no manual defrost cycle is needed. The cabinet is rated at climate class 3 for normal indoor trading conditions and runs at 55 dB. At energy class D and 2927.3 kWh a year, running costs come to about £732 a year at 25p/kWh.
Internally the display measures 555 × 502 × 790 mm (W×D×H). The cabinet weighs 133 kg, runs from a standard 13 A supply, and is cooled by R290 refrigerant with a 130 g charge and automatic defrost.
