The Roller Grill CD1200 I is a stainless steel countertop cake display fridge built to put cakes, patisserie and chilled desserts in front of customers at the point of sale. At 735 mm (W) × 1185 mm (D) × 650 mm (H) and 80 kg, it sits neatly on an existing counter without floor space, offering panoramic visibility on four sides and above so customers see the range from the till. Cakes sell on sight, and a dedicated counter case keeps them chilled and on show rather than tucked out of view, turning the space beside the till into a display that works for you.
It is sized around 1/1 gastronorm, so standard trays of patisserie can come straight from the kitchen into the case without re-plating. Two removable glass shelves accommodate your layout, and the case maintains +2 to +10 °C throughout. White LED lighting in each corner highlights the product, and the fan-assist refrigeration runs from a 230 V socket at 490 W, so any standard mains outlet works for placement.
The cabinet is finished in silver stainless steel, which wipes down and holds up in a working food environment. Electronic thermostat and automatic defrost mean the case looks after itself, so you load pre-chilled product and focus on the selling.
