Why this display fridge earns its place
The Polar G-Series Patisserie Display Fridge is a chilled display cabinet made to show off cakes, gateaux, tarts and desserts while keeping them cold—and at 400 litres across four shelves, it holds a full spread of the day's bakes. Its job is merchandising as much as storage: it puts finished patisserie in front of the customer, turning a glance at the counter into an order. With internal LED lighting, the whole display catches the eye. All-round visibility means stock can be viewed from the side as well as the front.
Day to day it holds a rotating display of chilled desserts between +2 and +10 °C, keeping them cool and presentable from the morning bake-out to the last covers. It runs on R290 refrigerant (low environmental impact), uses ventilated forced-air cooling, and reaches energy class B efficiency—reasonable running costs for a cabinet of this size and constant display duty. The hinged glass door makes restocking and cleaning straightforward. The cabinet is finished in silver, with white LED lighting inside to show off the product range.
Plan where it will sit before it arrives: it measures 1800 × 706 × 706 mm (H×W×D), so it is tall and compact on a counter. Measure your counter footprint and the route in through doorways before delivery. At 96 kg it is relatively light for a cabinet of this type—one person can move it, though two is safer. It requires a 230 V supply and draws 280 W input power, so confirm an electrical socket is available at the chosen spot. Set it where customers get a clear line of sight to the display, since being seen is the whole point of a patisserie cabinet.
