Why this countertop cake display fridge earns its place
The INFRICO VMS1000SS is a countertop refrigerated display cabinet built to present cakes, patisserie and chilled desserts at the point of sale. At 1003 mm wide it sits on a counter or back bar and puts product face-on to the customer, turning served treats into visible, impulse-friendly display rather than hidden stock.
Day to day it runs on automatic defrost, so the cabinet manages its own defrost cycle without staff intervention. Cooling is provided by R134a, and the cabinet carries a climate class 3 rating — built to hold temperature in the warmer, busier ambient conditions of a café or shop floor. Keep it clear of direct draughts and heat sources to help it perform.
The cabinet measures 1003 × 580 × 1110 mm (W×D×H) and weighs 124 kg gross. Because it is a countertop unit it needs a solid, level surface rated to carry that weight plus stock, with headroom above for the 1110 mm height and clearance around it for airflow.
