Why this display fridge earns its place
The HT611 is a countertop cake display from the Cossiga Tower GOG range. It is designed to put chilled patisserie, gateaux and grab-and-go desserts directly in front of the customer at the point of sale, where the frameless glass-on-glass tower keeps the product readable from the front and the sides rather than boxing it behind a framed cabinet. At 1200mm wide and 733mm high, it runs to +3 to +5 °C with 304 stainless steel construction finished in silver.
As a countertop display, it works front-of-house on an existing serving counter. Stock is presented at eye level to the queue and restocked from the serving side, so the customer-facing glass stays clear and the display stays merchandised through service. The frameless construction is the merchandising point: no vertical frame breaks the run of glass, so cakes and desserts read cleanly from wherever the customer is standing. The cabinet is energy-rated D and consumes around 12.2 kWh per 24 hours, sitting comfortably within typical running costs for a display this size.
Because it is a countertop unit, the HT611 stands on the counter rather than taking floor space, which suits sites where frontage is available but floor area is tight. At 170 kg, it needs a sturdy counter run, and it draws 1110 W from a 220-240V supply. Leave clear space around the cabinet so the condenser can breathe. Position it on the counter run where footfall passes and the glass faces the till queue.
