A powerful forced refrigeration deck holds the cabinet at 3°C to +5°C, and large acrylic rear doors give easy access for restocking without disturbing the front-of-house display.
Construction is 304 grade stainless steel throughout, chosen for durability and easy cleaning in a busy service environment, with an adjustable base plate and a base tray sized at 1100 x 750mm.
