Why this hot cupboard earns its place
This is the largest plain-top module in Parry's modular Flexi-Serve system — no chilled well, just an ambient cupboard base with a serving top, built to run alongside chilled Flexi-Serve modules or stand on its own. At 1830mm, it holds 5 x 1/1 GN 150mm deep containers (not included), giving the most ambient serving space in the plain-top range for bread, dry goods, cutlery or condiments.
Underneath, removable sliding doors and two height-adjustable internal grid shelves give you flexible storage, with fascia panels that are removable and interchangeable to keep the front-of-house finish consistent along the run. On top, the LED-lit gantry carries a self-service square glass sneeze screen and a tubular tray slide for a genuine self-service line — the unit stands 983mm to the trayslide, 1440mm to the top of the gantry.
Like every Flexi-Serve module, it runs off a single 13A plug, and whole runs can share one electrical supply — so a mixed chilled-and-ambient counter can be built to fit the room without separate wiring for each section. Four locking swivel castors handle positioning and lock-down. It weighs 115kg and carries 2 years parts and labour.
