The GL009 is a Polar G-Series back bar cooler in stainless steel finish—the premium triple-door bottle cooler built to sit behind the bar and keep bottled stock chilled and to hand. At 1350 mm wide and with a 900 mm height, it is the largest capacity in the G-Series range and suits a long bar run where you need maximum display and fast throughput. The stainless steel exterior gives a wipe-clean, hard-wearing front designed to withstand frequent restocking and the demands of a busy service bar. Six shelves let you organise high-turnover bottled lines across the three doors.
As a back bar unit it works as both cold storage and a front-of-house fixture, with three doors so you can split fast-moving bottled lines across the cabinet and keep them nearest the pour. The cabinet holds up to 270 standard 330 ml bottles, the largest single-unit capacity in the range. It runs at 350 W on 230 V and maintains a steady +2 to +8 °C chilled band. The GL009 weighs 80 kg, so plan the floor surface and installation support accordingly. Plan the cabinet into the rear bar run with clear door swing and restocking access. Confirm the external dimensions and electrical supply from the specification table before install, so your fitter can size the gap and the circuit.
