The Gamko E3 FD025 is a three-door bottle cooler finished in stainless steel, built to run along the back bar as chilled storage for bottled drinks. The three-section layout holds a working spread of bottled beers, mixers and soft drinks cold and to hand, so staff pull from an organised cabinet instead of crating up mid-service.
Day to day it is built for a busy bar. Three hinged doors open to full-width access across the shelves, keeping restocking and rotation quick, and the stainless finish wipes clean between shifts. It is service storage behind the bar rather than a glass-fronted display piece.
On build, the cabinet is stainless steel throughout, which stands up to a working bar and cleans easily. It runs 1988 millimetres wide and 520 millimetres deep — nearly two metres of bar run — and weighs 96 kilograms.
