Why this beer fridge earns its place
The IMC Mistral M60 bottle cooler is a single-door back-bar cabinet designed to hold bottled stock cold and within reach of the server. It measures 850 mm wide by 600 mm deep and 500 mm tall, a compact footprint that suits a run of back-bar where bottled beer, wine and mixers need to be kept cold and worked through a service. The single-door format is narrower than a two-door cooler, so it fits tighter bar runs without taking up as much counter real estate. It is a bottle cooler, so its job is to chill and hold bottled drinks by the bar rather than store loose or boxed food.
In service the cabinet keeps bottled drinks at a steady +2 to +6 °C while the door stays closed between rounds, which protects the internal temperature across a busy shift. The single hinged door works one section of stock at a time, so the server reaches in, takes what they need and closes it again. The cabinet has 2 shelves, runs on 225 W at 240V, and uses forced air cooling with an auto-defrost cycle. It produces 65 dB(A) of noise and uses around 590 kWh per year (energy class C). Weighing just 54 kg and built from stainless steel, it's straightforward to install once you confirm the position.
As a single-door back-bar cabinet, plan the stretch of bar-back it will occupy and leave clearance around it for airflow and servicing. Confirm the 850 mm width and 600 mm depth against your bar run, and check that a mains socket is within reach. The cabinet uses R290 refrigerant (low environmental impact) and comes with a 2-year parts and labour warranty. Craven Cooling can advise on siting and provide ongoing servicing support.
