Why this glass froster earns its place
The Gamko GF/100RSCS is a commercial glass froster — a dedicated cabinet that chills drinking glasses to a frosted finish so drinks go out ice-cold. The CE567 is the solid-door, right-hinged configuration, which gives you a closed-front cabinet for back-bar positions where you don't need to see the glasses through the door. It holds up to 50 pint glasses (at 150 mm height, 88 mm diameter) and runs at –12 to –8 °C with electronic thermostat control and auto-defrost.
It is a single-purpose unit built to sit alongside your bottle coolers and back-bar fridges rather than replace them, taking glassware from the shelf and freezing a thin frost layer onto it ready for service.
