Why this beer fridge earns its place
The Gamko E3 FD031 is a four-door bottle cooler, a back-bar cabinet built to hold 728 litres of bottled and canned stock cold and on show during service. Four hinged glass doors across the front break the cabinet into working sections, so bar staff can pull from one area while the rest stays shut and cold during a busy shift. The stainless steel exterior suits a front-of-house or open back-bar position where the cabinet is on show as well as in use.
The glass doors are the merchandising point: staff and customers can read the full range at a glance, which turns cold stock into a visible drinks display rather than a closed store cupboard. Inside, two shelves split each section so you can load bottles densely across a 687-litre net volume and rotate stock without breaking the cold. The cabinet uses fan-assist cooling to hold a steady chill across all four sections, and it runs on energy-efficient R600a refrigerant, which is climate-friendly as well as economical to run.
At 2542 mm wide and 520 mm deep, this is a substantial piece of back-bar equipment, so the priority before ordering is the site itself: confirm the available wall run, the swing clearance for four hinged doors, and the delivery access into the room. The cabinet weighs 130 kg when empty. It is rated Energy Class C and draws 679 kWh per year—take those figures to our energy label decoder to see the running cost on your tariff. Getting the width and door-swing right on site is what makes a four-door format work rather than fight the space.
