The Gamko CE552 is a bottle cooler designed for the back bar, where chilled bottled drinks need to be visible and within arm's reach through service. Its two sliding doors give staff quick access to stock from behind the counter and keep the fastest-moving bottled lines cold and ready to serve. At 250 litres, it holds a working stock of bottled beer, cider, soft drinks and mixers without taking up excessive back-bar run.
Sliding doors suit bars where space behind the counter is tight: staff slide rather than swing a door open, so the cabinet can sit in a working line without a door arcing out into the way during a rush. It is compact enough for a tight servery (900 mm wide, 556 mm deep, 900 mm high) yet carries a substantial load. Weighing 90 kg, it is lighter than a hinged-door double, making delivery and placement straightforward. It runs at +1 to +18 °C and is Energy class C, so running costs are moderate. Noise level is 51 dB(A), which is acceptable in a busy service environment.
