Why this beer fridge earns its place
Gamko built the Noverta range around one everyday bar problem — a delivery of warm stock needs to be cold again fast, not in an hour. The finned evaporators in this MG3/250G model are there specifically for pull-down speed, so a fridge that's just been restocked with room-temperature bottles gets back to service temperature quickly rather than leaving staff serving lukewarm drinks for the next half hour.
At 234 litres net, split across two hinged doors each holding 2 adjustable shelves, it takes a genuine bottle range — Gamko rates it at 218 to 295 bottles at 330ml depending on how the shelves are set. Both doors lock, which matters in any front-of-house fridge where stock control and security are as much a concern as temperature. An electronic thermostat with automatic defrost keeps the running side hands-off, and adjustable front feet mean it sits level even on an uneven bar floor.
Running 1°C to +18°C on R600a refrigerant, it's rated energy Class C at 390.6 kWh a year with an EEI of 30.5% — a genuinely efficient bottle cooler for its size — and at 51dB it's quiet enough to sit front-of-house without adding to bar noise. Climate Class 5 and a maximum ambient of 45°C mean it's built to keep performing even in a hot back-bar corner or a busy summer service, not just in a controlled back room.
