Why this beer fridge earns its place
This is the Fagor EERM series back bar cooler, model EERM-2 SS, a two-door unit in a stainless steel finish built for chilled drinks storage behind the bar. With two doors it gives a bar more chilled access points for the busiest bottled and canned lines, sitting in the back-of-bar run as a service-point cooler through a busy shift. Four adjustable shelves carry 225 litres of chilled capacity. The stainless exterior is made for a working front-of-house environment and wipes down as part of the daily clean.
Day to day it runs as a self-contained plug-in cooler that you site, switch on and stock. The cabinet measures 925 mm wide, 565 mm deep and 900 mm high, weighs 80 kg, and runs from a standard 220–240V supply. It uses around 3.51 kWh per 24 hours in normal use. Match these figures to the drinks you intend to keep in it. Treat it as a chilled drinks cooler for point-of-service stock rather than a bulk cold store.
As a back bar format it is designed to sit along a bar counter run, so measure the opening and allow clearance for the doors to swing and for air to move around the cabinet before it goes in. It is a standalone unit rather than a built-in, and the model number, finish and full dimensions are listed in the specification table so you can confirm the fit. Craven Cooling supplies and supports the cooler if you need help sizing it to the space.
