Why this bar counters & station earns its place
The 7083.0050 is a self-contained cocktail bar station built around a refrigerated section, bringing the wet and dry tools of drinks service into a single run. It holds a sink, a glass rinser, a speedrail for pouring bottles, a cutting board and a waste bin, so a bartender works from one position through a busy service rather than moving between separate stations.
In use, the refrigerated section keeps bottles and garnishes cold at the point of service, while the glass rinser and sink handle glassware and the speedrail keeps house pouring bottles to hand. The cutting board gives a prep surface for garnishes and the built-in waste bin keeps trimmings and empties off the working top, so the station stays clear during a rush. The refrigerated compartment holds -1 to +8 °C, the standard for chilled spirits, mixers and fresh garnishes through service.
As a plumbed unit it needs a mains water supply and a waste connection for the sink and glass rinser, plus a power supply for the refrigeration (19 kW), so plan for water, drainage and a socket at the install position. The unit is built from stainless steel AISI 304 with 48 mm insulation and comes in at 1790 mm wide by 700 mm deep and 875 mm tall — it is designed to drop into a bar run as a single working station rather than as a loose collection of parts. Gross weight is 185 kg, so plan for support and handling at delivery.
