Why this bar counters & station earns its place
The 7083.0040 is a cocktail bar station that brings the whole drinks-making workflow into one counter. It is specified with a sink, a glass rinser, GN containers, a speedrail for bottles, a cutting board and a waste bin — the working kit a bartender reaches for on every round, laid out in a single fixed station rather than spread across separate units.
In service, the layout is about speed and reach. The speedrail keeps pouring bottles to hand, the GN containers hold garnishes, fruit or ice, the cutting board gives you a fixed prep surface, and the sink and glass rinser handle washing on the spot. The waste bin is built in, so used garnish and packaging clear straight from the working area without leaving the station.
This is a freestanding counter unit. Because it includes a sink and glass rinser, it needs a water supply and drainage at the install point, so plan plumbing into the bar layout. Exact width, depth and height are on the spec panel — measure your bar run and check delivery access before ordering.
