Why this triple door upright glass door freezer earns its place
The TEFCOLD NF7500G is a triple-door upright display freezer with 1657 litres of net capacity — 1784 litres gross — behind three self-closing heated glass doors. The heated glass resists fogging so frozen stock stays visible, and the self-closing action protects temperature through constant customer openings. With 2.02 m² of display area across a 2057 mm frontage, one cabinet does the frozen aisle work of several smaller units, finished white inside and out.
It operates at -24 to -12 °C on ventilated cooling with automatic defrost and an electronic controller, so there is no manual defrost regime to run. Climate class 4 rates it for warm, busy retail environments, and it runs at 51 dB(A). Energy class is E with consumption of 11165.4 kWh a year — about £2,791 a year at 25p/kWh, so it needs the sales volume of a genuine frozen destination to justify itself.
The cabinet measures 2057 × 700 × 2020 mm and weighs 315 kg net, 350 kg gross, so plan the delivery route and floor position before it arrives — packed size is 2125 × 765 × 2150 mm. Despite the scale it runs from a standard 13 A socket at 220-240 V, drawing 1350 W. The refrigerant is R290, a low-GWP hydrocarbon, with a 150 g charge.
