Why this single door upright glass door freezer earns its place
The UFFS371G is a single-door upright display freezer built to put frozen stock behind glass rather than in a chest or solid-door cabinet. A heated hinged glass door and 0.74 m² of display area keep frozen impulse lines visible and shoppable, while the white interior and exterior suit a shop-floor or forecourt position. Six fixed freezing shelves organise stock at browsing height.
Cooling is static with manual defrost, controlled from a mechanical thermostat, so it is straightforward to run and service. It uses hydrocarbon R290 refrigerant (85 g charge) and is rated energy class C, drawing 570 W. At 3017.5 kWh a year that works out at about £754 a year at 25p/kWh. Measured noise is 40 dB, and it carries climate class 4 for warmer retail or back-of-house environments.
External dimensions are 595 × 640 × 1840 mm (W×D×H), so the 595 mm width clears most standard doorways, though check the 640 mm depth and packed size of 680 × 710 × 1940 mm for the delivery route. It runs from a standard 13 A supply on 220–240 V, 50 Hz. Gross weight is 100 kg (95 kg net), so plan two people for positioning.
