Why this single door upright glass door freezer earns its place
The LGF2500 is a single-door upright display freezer built to merchandise frozen stock behind glass rather than store it out of sight. The hinged glass door fronts 0.69 m² of display area and 496 litres of gross capacity, with five shelves to set out frozen retail lines for grab-and-go selling. A black exterior and black interior keep the fixture reading as retail furniture and let the product carry the display.
It runs -25 to -14 °C for frozen retail and holds temperature with automatic electric defrost, so the coil clears without shutting the cabinet down. Running noise sits at 59 dB, and it is rated to climate class 4 for warmer ambient conditions than a standard retail interior. With an EEI of 34 and 2843.3 kWh a year it is an energy class C cabinet, costing about £711 a year to run at 25p/kWh.
The cabinet interior measures 565 × 640 × 1520 mm (W×D×H) and it weighs 140 kg, so allow a clear route and proper handling for delivery and positioning. Cooling is on natural-refrigerant R290 with a 120 g charge, and the unit runs from a 13 A supply. Confirm the socket position at the final location before siting it.
