Why this countertop freezer earns its place
The UF50GCP is countertop frozen display at its most compact: 48 litres net — 50 litres gross — behind a heated hinged glass door, with 0.23 m² of display area to put frozen impulse lines in front of customers as they pay. The white cabinet, inside and out, keeps attention on the stock rather than the box, and its 570 × 530 mm footprint fits counters where a full-size display cabinet never would.
Day to day it holds -24 to -12 °C on a mechanical controller, with static cooling and manual defrost — simple, serviceable and quiet at 45 dB. The heated glass door is designed to keep the viewing panel clear, and a climate class 4 ambient rating means it is specified for warm salesrooms. Energy class is C at 1,029.3 kWh a year, which works out at about £257 a year at 25p/kWh.
Getting it in place is simple. The cabinet stands 657 mm tall on its 570 × 530 mm footprint and weighs 42 kg net, so two people can lift it onto a counter, and it packs down to 610 × 600 × 730 mm for transit. It runs on a 220-240 V/50 Hz supply through a standard 13 A plug, drawing 154 W, on R290 refrigerant with a 45 g charge.
