Why this gastronorm earns its place
The AE010 is a Napoli-format ice cream pan — the stainless steel display tub that holds a single flavour of ice cream in a scooping display freezer. It drops into a standard Napoli pan well, measuring 360 × 165 × 120 mm (W×D×H), so you can present a run of flavours side by side across a scoop-served parlour or kiosk counter. Each pan holds 5 litres, sized for a full day's turnover on a busy counter.
In use, you fill the pan, freeze it down in the display well and scoop to serve, swapping empties for full pans as flavours run out. It gives you a clean, presentable flavour block at the front of the counter and keeps changeovers quick during a busy service. At just 0.66 kg when empty, the pan is lightweight enough to swap quickly between service and the freezer. A stainless steel construction keeps it durable through daily washings and seasonal opening-and-closing of your parlour.
