Why this container earns its place
The Scaritech NEO is purpose-built for bread and pastry work. Twenty litres is the precise volume for a standard dough batch—large enough to handle a full proof without crowding, sized for standard bakery shelving, and manageable for one person to position and rotate.
What sets the NEO apart is its geometry. The smooth, curved internal walls eliminate the dead corners where dough gets trapped. Traditional square containers leave residue in corners that's hard to clean out and creates hygiene issues over time. This design solves that problem. The curved sides let you tip the container and release cold dough, laminated dough, brioche, white dough—anything stiff or delicate—without scraping or tearing. Because dough doesn't stick to rounded surfaces the way it does to sharp corners, you spend less time wrestle-ing it out and more time on actual production.
The polypropylene construction is food-safe, dishwasher-safe, and designed to handle repeated thermal stress. You'll fill it hot from mixing and fermentation will warm it further—the material won't warp or discolour over time. At 1.03 kg empty, it's light enough to move around your prep area without fatigue but rigid enough that it won't flex under the weight of a full dough batch.
