This lid fits the BAC008.1 40-litre stackable container. It's made from durable polypropylene and sealed tight enough to protect whatever's inside—flour, sugar, mixed vegetables, or pre-prepped ingredients—from dust, humidity and accidental spillage.
In a commercial kitchen, a lid on your bulk ingredient container does three things: it keeps your ingredients fresher longer by blocking moisture ingress, it prevents cross-contamination when you're moving containers between stations, and it lets you stack sealed containers without worry that something will topple or leak. At 430 mm wide to match the container base, this lid sits securely and doesn't shift when you slide containers in and out of your storage bay.
