Why this tray earns its place
This is the display piece. At 530×325mm, Churchill's larger format gives you real surface area—the kind of tray that becomes the focal point of a buffet or the centrepiece of a plated selection. At 1.35 kg, there's substance in hand, and the depth (325mm) lets you build layers and composition. Unlike the narrow formats that serve a single function, this one anchors an entire presentation.
The white ceramic is refined enough for front-of-house fine dining yet robust enough for high-volume catering. The glossy finish catches light beautifully and photographs well in hospitality marketing photography. Food-safe for chilled and ambient displays, it resists staining from oils, wines, and acidic foods that might mark lesser materials. The rectangular proportions suit larger plating—a full wheel of brie, a whole smoked salmon, or a composed cheese and fruit selection.
Sold in a pair rather than packs of four, these are the statement pieces. Two trays mean you can build symmetry into a display (one on each side of a central installation) or run two separate themed presentations. The size naturally draws attention, so choose what goes on them accordingly.
