Why this display stand earns its place
The Valo two-tier wooden tray brings understated elegance to buffets, cheese courses, and cold-service displays. Solid oak construction and natural finish mean it works equally well in contemporary spaces and traditional settings; it looks intentional and well-made, not mass-produced or generic.
At 445 mm high (compared to a single-level tray at around 50 mm), it gives your display genuine visual presence and lets diners at the back of the room see what you're offering. The two separate tiers let you keep offerings distinct—breads on top, spreads below—or create a tiered visual effect with varying heights and colours. The 555 × 265 mm footprint is long enough to hold a proper spread but narrow enough to fit comfortably on a service station or sideboard.
The stackable design means you can nest multiple trays for storage or bump up your display capacity if you're running a larger service. At 2.05 kg, it's light enough to reposition easily during service or move to another venue, but heavy enough to feel sturdy and built to last. Like all good wooden service pieces, it needs hand-washing to keep the finish beautiful.
