Why this tray earns its place
This tray is understated and purposeful. The polished stainless steel finish catches the light without any shine that'd distract from what you're serving, and the flat edges make it grip-friendly for one-handed carries — a detail that matters when you're moving fast through a service. At 14 mm deep, it's shallow enough to let diners and staff reach plates or items without leaning, but deep enough to hold small glasses, bowls or plated dishes without anything sliding.
The dimensions (580 × 420 mm) are generous enough to carry a decent load but not so large that they become awkward to handle in tight kitchen corridors or around a crowded table. The brushed finish on the steel hides fingerprints and minor marks — the polish catches light but doesn't show every hand that touches it.
Best of all, these stack. Stack 5 of them in prep, 10 in a storage area. They nest tight, taking up minimal space. This is crucial in real kitchens where storage is always the bottleneck. A fleet of these gives you flexible serving capacity without dedicating a cupboard to a pile of bulky equipment.
