The Olympia Kristallon 1/1 GN domed cover is built for the scale of proper kitchen work. It fits a standard 1/1 gastronorm pan (535mm wide, 330mm deep) and sits 175mm tall — tall enough to clear most plated presentations and vegetable garnishes without compromise. Unlike smaller plate covers, this one travels; at 735 grammes it's substantial enough to feel solid in hand but light enough that it won't slow service.
The clear polycarbonate does what it's meant to: protects the food underneath from dust, splashes and the odd knock without hiding what you've prepared. The dome shape forces air to the edges, minimising condensation on the underside — a small detail that keeps presentation sharp.
