Why this pizza screen earns its place
The Prepara E7127 is an aluminium pizza screen for supporting pizza during baking. Its 45.5 cm diameter provides a defined working surface for pizza preparation and oven handling.
The screen is described as helping air circulate beneath the crust, supporting a more evenly baked product. Its seamless rim gives the screen a continuous edge around the pizza surface during handling.
