Why this pizza peel / lifter earns its place
The Lockhart EB845 is a pizza peel for lifting and moving pizzas between the preparation surface, oven and service area. Its 23 x 23 cm aluminium blade gives the peel a defined working surface for getting under a pizza.
The 57 cm handle creates reach between the hand and the blade, which is useful when working around a hot oven opening. Its wood construction gives the tool a familiar, comfortable handhold for repeated pizza handling during service.
