Why this pizza peel / lifter earns its place
The ED350 is a long-handled pizza peel for placing and retrieving pizzas from a deep oven. Its 30 × 30 cm aluminium blade gives the pizza a broad support area, while the 132 cm overall length keeps the operator further from the oven opening during the transfer.
The handle is wood and measures 102 cm, according to the manufacturer description. That long handle gives the tool the reach needed for pizza work without turning the peel into a bulky piece of bench equipment between uses.
