Why this dariole mould earns its place
This pack contains six aluminium mini dariole moulds, each finished in silver and sized at 65 mm in diameter by 40 mm high. Each mould holds 100 ml, with a combined gross weight of 0.1 kg for the pack.
They are designed to give puddings a perfect cylindrical shape, making them well suited to small plated desserts that need a tidy, repeatable finish. The short profile keeps portions compact while still giving enough volume for a proper serve.
