Why this baking tray earns its place
This Vogue baking sheet keeps the same 1/1 GN footprint as other full-size trays, but adds a ridged surface for better performance. At 530 x 325 mm and 30 mm high, it gives a useful baking area without being bulky.
The tray is made from 1.6 mm thick Teflon-coated aluminium, and the manufacturer says the ridged aluminium build and inclined edge improve performance. That combination suits kitchens looking for more control from a straightforward tray.
