The Prepara E2535 is a 5.6 litre aluminium baking pan for smaller batch baking and oven preparation. Its 370 × 260 mm footprint is straightforward to place on a preparation bench and suits work where a compact pan is more useful than a broad format.
The 70 mm depth gives mixtures and prepared portions a defined baking space. Aluminium keeps the pan easy to work with as it moves between preparation, oven loading and storage.
