Why this gastronorm earns its place
This Vogue Heavy Duty 1/6 gastronorm tray is the shallowest option in this group, with a 65mm depth and a 1L capacity. Its 176 x 162 x 65mm external size keeps it in the standard sixth-size format while giving you a low-profile holding pan.
It is made from 304 stainless steel and designed as a heavy-duty pan, with reinforced corners to help it stand up to daily handling. That matters when pans are being stacked, lifted and moved through a busy prep or service routine.
At 0.27kg gross weight, it is easy to handle and quick to move between stations. It is dishwasher safe and freezer safe, so it can go from holding to cleaning to chilled storage without awkward workarounds.
