The E4724 is a Prepara 1/6 gastronorm pan in stainless steel, with a stated 3000 ml capacity and external dimensions of 162 × 200 mm. Its compact footprint gives a kitchen a defined space for ingredients or prepared portions without using a full-size gastronorm position.
The 200 mm external height provides a deeper format for holding a larger quantity within the 1/6 footprint. As part of the Prepara Gastronorms range, it gives prep and service teams a standard silver pan for organising ingredients through the working day.
