Why this lid earns its place
The EH914 is a Prepara stainless steel lid in the 1/2 gastronorm format. It covers a prepared gastronorm container during the storage side of kitchen work, keeping ingredients and prepared food contained between prep and service.
The silicone seal forms part of the lid's covering arrangement, while the silver stainless steel construction gives a commercial kitchen a practical, clearly identified GN lid. The 1/2 format provides a larger half-width cover for storage and preparation layouts built around gastronorm containers.
