The Prepara EI957 is a clear silicone lid for a 1/1 gastronorm. It gives a full-size ingredient pan a dedicated cover for storage, preparation and the pauses between service tasks, keeping the pan part of a consistent kitchen routine.
The clear finish makes it possible to identify the covered contents without lifting the lid. Silicone gives the cover a flexible working feel as it is fitted and removed, while the purpose-made format avoids cutting film or foil to cover the pan each time it is put aside.
