Why this gn pan earns its place
The EI059 is a clear polypropylene lid in the 1/4 gastronorm format. It is made for the practical storage side of a commercial kitchen, where a standard-size cover keeps a prepared gastronorm container covered between prep, holding and service.
Its clear finish lets staff identify what is stored without lifting the lid, while the polypropylene construction gives the item a straightforward, durable format for repeated kitchen handling. The 1/4 size is compact enough for smaller portions, ingredients and mise en place where a full-size container would take up unnecessary counter or shelf space.
