Why this lid earns its place
The Prepara EI960 is a clear silicone lid for a 1/4 gastronorm. It gives a working kitchen a dedicated cover for a medium-sized ingredient pan, keeping the pan covered when it is waiting between prep jobs or service runs.
The clear finish makes the contents visible without lifting the lid, while the silicone construction gives it a flexible working feel during fitting and removal. Using a purpose-made cover also supports a tidier storage routine than repeatedly cutting film or foil to size.
