The Vogue U251 is moulded from solid polycarbonate, a material that survives drops, thermal shock, and daily commercial dishwasher cycles without cracking, warping, or clouding. The notched corner leaves a clean gap for a ladle or spoon handle, so the lid sits flush while service carries on uninterrupted.
Temperature range is where this lid earns its keep: rated from −40 °C in the blast freezer to +100 °C in a hot well or combi-oven steam cycle. That means the same lid moves from overnight storage straight through reheating without swapping covers — one less thing to track, wash, or lose. Polycarbonate's low thermal conductivity keeps the outer surface cool enough to handle bare-handed, even when the contents are steaming.
At 325 mm wide (standard 1/2 GN width) and just 25 mm tall, the U251 adds negligible height to a stacked rack.
