This Pujadas Polinorm lid is made for 1/2 GN pans and trays, bringing a simple, practical cover to busy prep lines, cold stores and service runs. It sits on suitably sized gastronorm trays made from stainless steel, plastic or ceramic, so it can slot into existing kitchen kit without fuss.
Made from polyethylene, it is built for daily commercial use and is designed to cope with temperatures from -40°C to 110°C. That makes it suitable for fridges, blast chillers and coldrooms, as well as the everyday opening, closing and moving around that happens in a working kitchen.
The blue finish gives the lid an immediate visual role as well as a practical one. In colour-coded kitchen systems, blue is often associated with raw fish, so this lid can help staff keep ingredients clearly identified while covering trays securely.
