Why this saucepan earns its place
This miniature saucepan keeps the footprint tight at 90mm diameter, but still gives you 330ml of capacity for small portions, sauces and other careful prep work. It is a compact pan, but not a flimsy one.
The manufacturer describes it as made from aluminium thermocore sandwiched between stainless steel, with an outer layer of copper coating. That tri-wall construction is designed to give the pan a more controlled heat response, while the riveted stay-cool handles add a practical touch for handling at service pace.
Unlike some small copper pans, this one is suitable for all cooking surfaces, including induction. That makes it easier to drop into mixed-kitchen environments without worrying about hob compatibility.
