Why this lid earns its place
This Matfer Bourgeat lid is a compact 140 mm stainless steel cover for matching pans. The silver finish keeps it neat and simple, while the stainless steel build gives it the hard-wearing feel expected in a professional kitchen.
At 0.15 kg, it is a light lid that should be easy to handle during prep and service. The size is clearly stated in the dossier too, with a 140 mm diameter and 140 mm external measurement.
The manufacturer lists compatibility with Excellence & Traditional pans, including C368, C419, K752 and L230. It is dishwasher safe, which makes cleaning easier at the end of service.
