Why this wine glasse earns its place
The Enoteca range is built for establishments where wine matters. These are proper glasses — 223mm tall with a 85mm-diameter bowl that gives each pour room to breathe. The two-piece blown-glass construction (bowl blown separately and married to the stem) means the weight sits in the glass itself, not the stem, so the glass feels balanced and stable in the hand. That's the detail that separates a casual house wine glass from one you'd reach for at a wine bar.
The 420ml capacity is generous enough for a generous pour without spilling — around 150ml of wine sits comfortably in the middle of the glass, leaving space for nosing and swirling. Clear glass lets the colour shine through. These are made for establishments that want customers to see what they're paying for and to enjoy the ritual of a proper pour.
Because they're glass (not polycarbonate or plastic), they'll pick up and show fingerprints and water spots. But that's the trade-off: real glass reads as quality. Hand washing is strongly recommended to keep the bowl and stem intact, and because hot water and thermal shock can crack tempered glass.
