Why this wine glasse earns its place
Chef & Sommelier's Sensation Exalt is built for the trade: high-volume restaurants, hotels and event spaces where glassware gets washed dozens of times a week and still needs to look like it matters. The Krysta glass is optically superior to standard soda-lime — it's clearer, stronger and less prone to yellowing over years of use. A red wine in this glass reads its true colour; a white wine gleams; and against a light source, the glass disappears and the wine becomes the focus.
The bowl design is deliberate. Slimmer than commodity wine glasses, it tapers slightly, directing aromatics toward your nose whilst keeping the wine's surface area controlled — important for preserving temperature and flavour profile through a full service. The soft, seamless profile isn't just polished; it's designed to catch and reflect light in ways that make the glass feel premium rather than utilitarian.
Stemmed glassware keeps wine at the right temperature — your hand never touches the bowl, so the wine doesn't warm from body heat. At 185mm tall and 74mm wide, the proportions are classic: tall enough to be elegant, compact enough to work on a busy table. It stacks and stores efficiently in commercial glassware racks, and the CE marking at 175ml gives you the legal serve size whilst the 250ml capacity lets you pour generously without overspill.
