Why this champagne glasse earns its place
Tritan is a copolyester that looks and feels like glass but cannot break. The Ultra champagne glass holds a 12cl measure with room to swirl, and the stem is built to withstand years of bar service, thermal shock, and outdoor weather. From a distance, it's indistinguishable from soda-lime glass; the only giveaway is its refusal to shatter.
The tradeoff is cost. Tritan champagne glasses cost more per unit than soda-lime, but they last 5–10 times longer. For venues where breakage is a running crisis — events, rooftop bars, busy hotel banqueting — that durability offsets the upfront price quickly. For everyday restaurant service, soda-lime remains the economics winner.
