Why this dishe earns its place
These Gembrook dishes offer a compact, recognisable format for table presentation. At 127mm, each round dish has a spout that adds purpose and visual character, while the grey finish gives the piece a more individual look than plain uniform crockery.
Steelite and Gembrook worked with Off Grid Studio on the design, using a fully vitrified clay body decorated with a reactive glaze. The manufacturer says that every piece is different from the rest, and that the glaze provides extra protection against staining.
The 36-pack gives a venue a ready quantity for service, and these dishes are dishwasher safe according to the specification. Their vitrified-stoneware construction and distinctive spout make them a practical choice when presentation matters as much as the format.
